The Instructor will provide the pupil with Driving tuition, at the rate per lesson which has been communicated to the pupil.

Payment for tuition may be made by cash or cheque payments made to the Instructor at the beginning of each lesson.

Matters concerning the timing, duration and location of individual lessons are subject to agreement between the Instructor and pupil.

The Instructor may rearrange any appointment to a time suitable for both parties if the Instructor is not available for any reason whatsoever.

The pupil may only make lesson cancellations directly with the Instructor. In respect of cancellations, 48 hours notice must be given (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays), otherwise the lesson will be charged in full.

The Instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the tuition vehicle for the Practical Driving Test if, in the Instructor’s professional opinion, the pupil has not reached a sufficient standard of competence to take full responsibility for the safety of the vehicle or other road users

Any outstanding accounts must be settled prior to the Practical test.

Please note that all pre-payments, once accepted by the Company, cannot be refunded unless the services of the Company are not available

It is hereby expressly agreed that this Contract is made solely between the Instructor, as principal, and the pupil. In relation to bookings, supply of information or documentation and the processing of payments.

Should you use the driving school car for your practical driving test you will be supplied with a suitable vehicle (normally the car you have been learning in). However once the test has commenced and the vehicle has left the test centre then no responsibility will  be excepted should a defect develop that leads to the termination of the practical driving test.

Special offers may be withdrawn without notice at the discretion of the instructor.

By booking of a driving lesson(s) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
